If Your Child Misses Testing Week
Testing will take place during class time in the 6th 
week of each session.  

 Make-up testing is available during the 7th week at the following times:
 Wednesday 7:30-8:30 pm
Saturday 12:30 - 1:30

 Please contact the office to reserve a spot for 
a testing make-up.

REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
•Pre-registration and payment are required
•Availability based on first prepaid 
•Need 3+ gymnasts for class to run
•Scholarships/special payment available.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Registration will close on the Saturday prior to the session start date. All registrations need to be turned in with payment by 12:30 p.m. (for Spring 1: February 18, 2012). Any late registrations will be assessed a $25 late fee per child.

MAKE UP POLICY
Make-ups for absences, including weather related closings may be done by signing your gymnast up for a make-up class. Contact the NGC office as make-ups must be pre-registered & be made up within the current session.  
No make-ups are allowed for holiday and meet closings.Tuition for all affected classes will be adjusted at the time of registration.
