The Northfield Gymnastic Club is delighted to host a birthday party for your child.The following guidelines will help you with your planning and will clarify what you can expect from the Northfield Gymnastics Club. **All children attending the party must have a signed birthday party consent form to participate.** Facilities:The gym will be set up with a variety of stations or obstacle courses.The coaches will have these in place before the party begins.The conference/concession room (first door on the left) will be used during the last ˝ hour.Tables and chairs will be provided.The gym is tobacco, alcohol and drug free area. Numbers:You are encouraged to plan your party for 10 children or less.One coach is needed for every 10 children in order to provide for the safety or your guests.If you are planning to have over 10 children (with a maximum of 20), a second coach will be required for an additional fee of $25.00.Should you have a change in the number of guests, please contact us no later than one week prior to the party so that arrangements can be made to provide one coach for every 10 children. Fees:A party for 10 children or less: Total = $100.00 includes: $75.00 in cash, credit card or check to the Northfield Gymnastic Club due prior to your party. $25.00in cash or check made out to the coach supervising your party. A party for 11 – 20 children: Total = $125.00 includes: $75.00 in cash, credit card or check to the Northfield Gymnastic Club due prior to your party. $25.00 x 2 = $50.00.Cash or individual checks made out to each coach supervising your party. Time:1 ˝ hours.Contact the Gym to make your reservation.Confirm the date and starting and ending time of your party with the Northfield Gymnastic Club one week prior to your party (507-663-7772).There is a non-refundable $25.00 fee that will be charged if you cancel the party prior to its confirmed date.The children will spend the first hour of the party with the supervising coach in the gym.The last ˝ hour you will have the use of the party room to open gifts, have cake and ice cream, etc.Please watch your time carefully.It is the expectation of the Northfield Gymnastic Club that your party will be completed in the time allotted.Please note that additional fees will be charged for staff time needed beyond your allotted time. Decorations:The conference/concession room is the “party area” where you are welcome to decorate as you like, bring in a birthday cake and open gifts.Any decorating you wish to do can be completed during the first hour of the party while the children are with the coach in the gym.Please, no confetti or red juices. Clean-up:You are responsible for removing all decorations and picking up after your guests.
